I had a one star experience with the claims department when I called in and was put on hold for 1 hour and 49 minutes only to have them pick up and not respond when I said hello and then hang up. I called William's office Stefhani answered and sat on hold FOR me until she got someone who could help me. Who needs Jake when my agent has Stefhani? She took an upsetting addition to an already stressful situation and turned it around. I can't thank her enough! Give her a raise!"
